Bonely Assist

A practical plan for the calcium gap you have today

Bonely Assist looks at today’s remaining calcium gap and suggests up to three ways to close it. It prioritizes foods from your recent history, then uses curated starter options when your history is not enough.

Each plan includes servings and projected calcium. When you log a food, Assist recalculates the gap so the next suggestion stays relevant instead of becoming a static list.

How it works

A focused workflow for real days

Bonely Assist turns the remaining amount in today’s goal into up to three practical food plans.

  1. 01

    See the gap

Open Today and see how much calcium remains against the goal you set in the app.

  2. 02

    Compare options

Review up to three practical combinations based on recent foods and curated starter foods.

  3. 03

    Log and recalculate

Use one-tap logging, then let the plan update after each entry.

What you can do

Useful detail without medical overreach

Recent foods first

The current app implementation prioritizes foods you have logged recently before falling back to starter choices such as milk, yogurt, paneer, calcium-set tofu, fortified milks, cheese, almonds, or chia seeds when available in the catalog.

A bounded planning aid

Assist is designed to help with the next decision. It does not claim to prescribe a diet, calculate nutrient adequacy beyond the tracked calcium goal, or provide medical recommendations.

Flexible servings

Suggested food entries use the app’s serving model, and Bonely supports custom serving amounts and calcium overrides when the built-in reference does not match your food.

Premium feature

Bonely Assist is part of Bonely Premium. Download the app from Apple to see current access and subscription details for your storefront and currency.
