Insights, History & Reports
See calcium patterns across days, weeks, and 30-day history
Bonely’s Insights view surfaces weekly consistency, trend charts, averages, forecasts, missed-window analysis, and planning recommendations. Premium History adds a 30-day timeline with daily totals, goal status, and individual food entries.
When you want more than a single progress ring, the app lets you review what happened and export a Bone Health Report PDF covering up to the last 30 days for sharing or personal reference.

How it works
A focused workflow for real days
Bonely combines advanced insights with a detailed history timeline and a shareable PDF report.
- 01
Log as usual
Record food, servings, and custom entries so Bonely has a useful history to analyze.
- 02
Read the pattern
Review weekly consistency, averages, trends, forecasts, and missed-window context.
- 03
Open or export history
Drill into daily entries in the 30-day timeline and export the PDF report when useful.
What you can do
Useful detail without medical overreach
Actionable, not diagnostic
Insights can point out patterns such as weaker windows or missed days. They do not measure bone density, diagnose deficiency, or establish a treatment plan.
History with daily drill-down
The current premium History experience includes up to 30 days, daily totals, goal status, and the foods behind each day’s total.
Shareable PDF summary
The Bone Health Report is a shareable PDF summary covering up to the last 30 days. It is a record of tracked intake, not a clinical report.
Privacy-aware analytics
The app’s product analytics are categorical and pseudonymous. Food names, serving sizes, nutrition values, health logs, report contents, and iCloud backup contents are not sent as analytics.

How long is the premium history?
The current History feature covers up to the last 30 days and supports daily drill-down views.
Can I share my report with a clinician?
You can share the PDF from the app, but it is still a personal dietary tracking summary. Ask a clinician how they want nutrition information documented for your situation.
Do insights diagnose calcium deficiency?
No. Bonely reports tracked intake patterns only and does not diagnose calcium status or bone health conditions.
